The four windows are safety glazed and the door has a full length piano hinge to avoid trapped fingers; the playhouse is CE approved. The Loft is constructed on 34mm square framing and clad with planed 12mm Shiplap tongue and groove boards made only from the highest grade, slow grown, northern European pine. The playhouse comes with a base coat applied ready for you to complete with your own top coat; if you can decide on a colour! Made in the UK with high grade FSC approved shiplap timber over sturdy 34mm framing with T&G roof and floor. This playhouse complies with BS EN 71 the safety standard and carries the CE mark. Dip treated base coat preservative ready for top coating. All fixings, roof felt and assembly instructions are provided. Before you assemble your building, you will need a base which is flat and level to a sufficient size. Grass, soil or gravel are not sufficient as they will move with the weight of a building.

To ensure that you have a suitable base in situ, we will contact you to check this and once this has passed, we will contact you to book the delivery and assembly service.
