The building is constructed on sturdy 34mm square framing and clad with planed shiplap tongue and groove boards made only from the highest grade, slow grown, slow grown pine. The floor and roof are 12mm matching T&G boards and the roof comes with mineral felt supplied.

Grass, soil or gravel are not sufficient as they will move with the weight of a building. To ensure that you have a suitable base in situ, we will contact you to check this and once this has passed, we will contact you to book the delivery and assembly service.

When siting, allowance should be made for the roof overhang and for access around the outside during construction and subsequent treatment.
