It is constructed from high grade 12mm shiplap cladding to the walls and tongue and groove boards to roof and floor all on strong 44mm strong framing. roof felt, fixing kit and assembly instructions are provided. The shed has been dipped with a base coat preservative ready for you to top coat to your own preference.

If you purchase the assembly service prior to the assembly of your garden building, we will need a base which is flat and level to a sufficient size. Grass, soil or gravel are not sufficient as they will move with the weight of a building. To ensure that you have a suitable base in situ, we will contact you to check this and once this has passed, we will contact you to book the delivery and assembly service.

When siting, allowance should be made for the roof overhang and for access around the outside during construction and subsequent treatment.
