The classic Palatina Summerhouse is the perfect centrepiece for your garden and would make a very special outdoor dining room. With so much glazing the Palatina is full of natural light and the higher eaves height provides a very comfortable space. The high quality lockable double doors and fixed windows are all a traditional, joinery made, storm resistant design with glass glazing. This stunning garden room is constructed on heavy duty 44mm square framing and clad with planed 12mm shiplap tongue and groove boards made only from the highest grade, slow grown, FSC approved, northern European pine. The roof and floor are both 12mm tongue and groove boards. The Summer house is supplied with a dip treated base coat preservative ready for you to top coat to your choice immediately on installation; this could be a paint or a stain.

If you add an assembly service to your order, this will extend the lead times.

If you purchase the assembly service prior to the assembly of your garden building, we will need a base which is flat and level to a sufficient size. Grass, soil or gravel are not sufficient as they will move with the weight of a building. To ensure that you have a suitable base in situ, we will contact you to check this and once this has passed, we will contact you to book the delivery and assembly service.

When siting, allowance should be made for the roof overhang and for access around the outside during construction and subsequent treatment.
