Coronavirus (COVID-19): Update

To help us at this busy time, we ask that if you have a query about an existing order, kindly email us and our customer service team will reply to your email. The delivery timescale (this is shown in working days, so please don't count weekends and Bank holidays) is displayed on our product pages and is specific to each product and we are working hard to keep to these timescales, however, you may notice the lead time quoted on selected product pages has been extended to allow for unavoidable delays so please bear this in mind when placing your order.
We are conscious of the particular importance of your home and garden to you now as we all spend so much more time at home; the good news is that we remain open for business and we are doing everything we can to keep operations running smoothly so that you receive your order as soon as possible.
If you have an outstanding order with us, please be assured that delivery of all orders is progressing as expected unless you have been advised otherwise. The product page on our website gives an estimated delivery timescale. If this timescale has not yet passed, please await confirmation from us or via our nominated courier of the delivery date of your order.
Our trusted suppliers, warehouses and couriers are all extremely busy at this time and orders may take longer than usual to be delivered but please be assured that we would notify you if there is any problem with your order being fulfilled.
